I was born in Brasschaat (Belgium) as a son of two Russophiles. Before I was four years old, I had already lived at Moscow University, where my parents were studying, for a few months. Later I lived a few years in Burǔndi, where my mother had spent her youth. My real name is David, but since there was already a user with this name in the English Wikipedia, I added the Kirǔndi prefix mu- for people. For the moment I'm working as a physics researcher at Duy Tân University, Đà Nẵng.
Originally I am from the Dutch Wikipedia. I have been admin at the Vietnamese Wiktionary for a while. Nowadays I've taken a liking to randomly adding Vietnamese (and other) language words and quotations that I encounter now and then.
