     A Chinese student stabbed three children in Switzerland this week, and a Chinese citizen poured scalding coffee on a baby boy in Australia at the end of August. The two incidents have sparked concern among Chinese netizens, as to whether social violence in extreme ways to retaliate has spilled over the country's borders.
