    Antonym: over-
    onder- + ‎lijnen → ‎onderlijnen
  2. prepended to verbs, nouns and adjectives; denotes that the action or state takes place insufficiently
    Antonym: over-
    onder- + ‎presteren → ‎onderpresteren

Usage notes
