I'd be happy to do the Japanese, except I'm not sure I understand your English -- am I correct in assuming that "lie to me" is one sentence, and "dead to me" is a separate one? If so:

1. lie to me:
   • 私を騙してください (watashi o damashite kudasai): sounds kind of formal, gender-neutral; damashite is literally "deceive" or "fool someone", but this could fit the mood just fine
   • 騙して (damashite): informal and gender-neutral, but this relies the most on context to make it clear who is deceiving whom
   • 騙してくれ (damashite kure): quite informal, and the speaker is male
   • 嘘ついて (uso tsuite): informal and gender-neutral, also quite context-dependent; more literally like "tell me a lie"
2. dead to me:

If these are intended to be song lyrics or poetic or something, you really should sit down with a native speaker. I don’t know anything about tattooing. I suppose that if the artist has a computer and printer, you can copy the phrase to a CD, along with the Cambodian font that you prefer (if you don’t like the fonts that the artist has).
