Attested in the Heart Sutra.

From Middle Chinese 空即是色 (MC khuwng tsik dzyeX srik), itself being Kumārajīva's translation from Sanskrit या शून्यता तद् रूपम् (yā śūnyatā tad rūpam, literally emptiness is only form).
