- 1935, Jerzy Bandrowski, chapter XL, in Na polskiej fali[1]:
- Podściółki bydłu się tu przeważnie nie daje żadnej, chyba w jesieni grochowinę albo czasem trawę morską, ale to zbytek.
- There's usually no bedding given to cattle here, except for pea haulm in autumn or sometimes seagrass, but that's unnecessary.
