Some things that apply to all verbs

[edit]

Primary entries will have "pre-reform conjugation" tables only with the pre-reform conjugations from the time period for which that infinitive spelling existed.

  • So a verb like apelar would have its pre-11/43 conjugation at appellar etc., and since none of its conjugations changed in 45, 71, or 73, then no pre-reform table would be placed in the main entry.
  • colher will have pre-11/43 conjugations, but pre-45/71 conjugations would be place at colhêr.
  • Other quirks as to the placement of tables may be present in irregular verbs.
  • To summarize, a parameter must be available to choose between displaying both pre-11/43 + pre-45/71, or only either of the two.

We may possibly need a way to manually insert additional pre-45/71 conjugations. Though I'm almost positive all verbs with differential accents are irregular, I am not sure of this.
