1 unnamed param – stem of the verb without the -ems ending: {{mdf-conj-3|тонафн}}
.
It is intended for verbs with the imperfective/iterative/frequentative suffix -ne-, unlike other schwa-verbs (ending in -ems, -oms), in these verbs the schwa is not elided in several cases. Also, any other schwa-verbs that do not delete the schwa. The safest way to determine this is to find a quotation with, for example, pres. 1. sg., cf., vanoms "to look/watch" tonafnems "to study" (< tonaftoms "to teach") – vattama (n shifts to t before t) but tonafnejatama (schwa doesn't get deleted and blocks n-t shift.)
soft=1 if the stem consonant is one of the "inherently soft consonants" (as Poljakov calls them) – č/šč. These verbs don't have j in some endings, c.f., tonafnjan : aščan. This also categorizes them into Category:Moksha non-eliding schwa-stem verbs (aščems) (named after the prototype.)
intr=1 for intr. verbs (disables passive participles.)
