[edit]Inherited from Proto-Turkic *kẹl-. Cognate with Chuvash кил (kil), Old Uyghur 𐽷𐽰𐾁𐽹𐽰𐽷 (kelmek), Khalaj kəlmək, Turkish gelmek, Uzbek kelmoq, Bashkir килеү (kilew), Yakut кэл (kel).
