     คำฟ้องหาซึ่งพนักงานผู้เปนทนายแผ่นดินแต่งขึ้นนั้นจะต้องแจ้งความให้ผู้ต้องหาทราบอย่างน้อยที่สุดก็ ๓ วันก่อนเวลาที่จะเปิดศาลชำระคดีนั้น
