1. The action of liquid swirling around, forming a whirlpool.

     It makes no sense to say that the whirlpool is “here” and the ocean “there.” Whirlpooling is a feature of the ocean.

2. The assault, undressing and groping of a woman by men in an aquatic setting.

     "In dozens of separate 'whirlpooling' incidents, groups of teenage boys surrounded a girl in the water, tore off her swimsuit top and then grabbed her breasts."
