  1. (intransitive) to lie (to deliberately distort facts, to tell a lie) [with allative ‘to whom’]

      «Sa valetad!» käratas Andres. «Sa teadsid väga hästi, et mina kõiges kurt ja pime olin, ja sina ise aitasid mind nõnda hoida, mängisid lastega minu vastu kokku. Sa valetad praegu ja oled mulle ikka valetad.
