    • 1987, Konkurslagen (Bankruptcy Act)[1]:
      Med obestånd (insolvens) avses att gäldenären inte kan rätteligen betala sina skulder och att denna oförmåga inte är endast tillfällig.
      Insolvency means that the debtor cannot rightfully pay their debts and that this inability is not only temporary.
