  1. (Philippines, Catholicism) A saying that is said in every prayer, before the sign of the cross.

Usage notes

  • This is only done by CICM-affiliated people (i.e. CICM missionaries, students and teachers in CICM schools)
  • The prayer leader will say "cor unum", then the rest will say "et anima una".
  • The English one heart, one soul and Tagalog isang puso, isang diwa are also occasionally used.
