Telugu translations

Just so you know, the preferred way to link to a foreign-language translation, when the corresponding foreign-language Wiktionary has an entry on the word in question, is like this:

{{t|te|తామరపుష్పం}}

which produces this:

తామరపుష్పం (tāmarapuṣpaṁ)

This way, we have both the redlink to the English Wiktionary (showing us what words we're still missing), and the link to an informative page on the foreign-language Wiktionary.

(If the language in question doesn't use the Latin alphabet, we also like to give a romanization afterward in parentheses; unfortunately, I don't know what romanization scheme we have yet for Telugu, if any.)

Romanisations

Your giving a link to the Tamil Wiktionary in the translations section of letter was a good thing. However, in future, please do not remove Latin-script transliterations where and when they are given. Thank you. † Raifʻhār Doremítzwr 15:46, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

telugu vs. Telugu

This is just to make sure that you know that names of languages are capitalized in English, i.e. you should write Telugu and not telugu. Also, the languages should be in alphabetic order in translations -sections of entries (I've just finished correcting some of your older edits). --Hekaheka 00:14, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
