• How to edit a page is a concise list of technical guidelines to the wiki format we use here: how to, for example, make text boldfaced or create hyperlinks. Feel free to practice in the sandbox. If you would like a slower introduction we have a short tutorial.
• Entry layout explained (ELE) is a detailed policy documenting how Wiktionary pages should be formatted. All entries should conform to this standard, the easiest way to do this is to copy exactly an existing page for a similar word.

One reason is that I might like to propose, as a gentle hint, to switch from Sgconlaw to Jacklee. Since, the latter is your name, whereas Sgconlaw as a name identifies an organization of which you are probably not a representative or functionary. --Dan Polansky (talk) 10:29, 25 March 2018 (UTC)

Actually “Sgconlaw” isn’t the name of any organization. It simply means “Singapore constitutional law”, a subject that I continue to be interested in. Thus, I don’t think it’s necessary to stop using it. — Cheers, JackLee ^–talk– 10:18, 26 March 2018 (UTC)

Thanks! I forgot to escape the ampersands of –, so as a result the character (–) appeared in my markup, and you copied that into your signature, which is totally OK, but I thought I would mention it in case you really want the ampersand code instead of the en dash character directly.
