[edit]Sino-Vietnamese word from 蘇 and 瀝. This is apparently the name of a Han Chinese bureaucrat, who governed the territory of what is now Hanoi during Vietnam's Second Era of Northern Domination (c. 4th century), later enshrined and worshiped by local Vietnamese as a citadel deity (thành hoàng).
