Compare води́чка (vodíčka) with synonymous води́ца (vodíca); части́чка (častíčka), diminutive of части́ца (častíca, fraction, particle), originally itself a diminutive of часть (častʹ, part, piece); пти́чка (ptíčka), diminutive of пти́ца (ptíca, bird), etymologically a diminutive; etc.
