Etymology
[edit]褪褲/褪裤 is a near-homophonic pun of 當褲 (tǹg-khò͘, “pawn your [under]pants”) (so as to pay debt), describing an exaggerated situation when suffering tremendous losses in gambling because there is nothing more to lose.
