     ܗ̇ܝܓܵܗ ܒܸܬ ܦܵܐܹܫ ܚܸܙܝܵܐ ܢܝܼܫܲܢܩܵܐ ܕܒܪܵܐ ܕܐ݇ܢܵܫܵܐ ܒܫܡܲܝܵܐ، ܘܒܸܬ ܐܵܒ݂ܠܝܼ ܟܠܗܘܿܢ ܫܲܒ݂̈ܛܹܐ ܕܐܲܪܥܵܐ، ܘܒܸܬ ܚܵܙܝܼ ܒܪܵܐ ܕܐ݇ܢܵܫܵܐ ܒܹܐ݇ܬ݂ܵܝܵܐ ܥܲܠ ܥܢܵܢܹ̈ܐ ܕܫܡܲܝܵܐ ܥܲܡ ܚܲܝܠܵܐ ܘܚܸܩܪܵܐ ܪܲܒܵܐ.

     higāh bit pāˀēš ḥizyā nīšanqā d-brā d-nāšā b-šmayyā, w-bit āḇlī kullhōn šaḇṭē d-arˁā, w-bit ḥāzī brā d-nāšā bēṯāyā ˁal ˁnānē d-šmayyā ˁam ḥaylā w-ḥiqrā rabbā.

     Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

     ܒܪܵܐ ܕܐ݇ܢܵܫܵܐ ܒܹܐ݇ܙܵܠܵܐ ܝܠܹܗ ܕܐܵܟ݂ܝܼ ܕܝܼܠܹܗ ܟܬ݂ܝܼܒ݂ܵܐ ܥܲܠܘܼܗܝ، ܐܝܼܢܵܐ ܘܵܝ ܠܗ̇ܘ ܐ݇ܢܵܫܵܐ ܕܒܐܝܼܕ݂ܹܗ ܦܵܐܹܫ ܡܣܘܼܦܝܵܐ ܒܪܵܐ ܕܐ݇ܢܵܫܵܐ! ܦܲܩܵܚܵܐ ܝܗ݇ܘܵܐ ܠܗ̇ܘ ܐ݇ܢܵܫܵܐ ܕܠܵܐ ܗܵܘܹܐ ܗ݇ܘܵܐ ܝܠܝܼܕ݂ܵܐ.

     brā d-nāšā bēzālā ìlēh d-āḵī d-īlēh kṯīḇā ˁalūh, īnā wāy l-awa nāšā d-b-īḏēh pāˀēš msupyā brā d-nāšā! paqqāḥā ìwā l-awa nāšā d-lā hāwē wā līḏā.

     The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born.
