Cognate with Old Uyghur [script needed] (silik, clean; noble);[1] Tatar сылу (sılu), Kazakh сұлу (sūlu), Kyrgyz сулуу (suluu), Southern Altai сылу (sïlu), Uzbek suluv (beautiful, handsome); Khakas сіліг (sìlìg, beautiful).
