From при- (pri-) +‎ слово (slovo) +‎ -нїк (-njik). Calque of Ukrainian прислі́вник (pryslívnyk), itself a calque of Latin adverbium. Compare Polish przysłówek. Unrelated to словнїк (slovnjik).
