Etymology
[edit]From χαζο- (chazo-, “stupid, idiotic”) + -μάρα (-mára, feminine prefix)[1] or from χαζ(ός) (chaz(ós)) + -ομάρα (-omára) & -αμάρα (-amára) for the variant χαζαμάρα (chazamára).[2]
