  1. to resend, retransmit; to send again
  2. to send back (to give back to the original sender)
  3. to give back, throw back, post back, bounce back, swing back etc.
  4. to put off, postpone (an appointment, a duty)
  5. to reflect (i.e. of a reflective surface)
  6. to echo (of sound, to come back)
  7. (transitive) to fire, dismiss, expel a student
  8. (followed by the preposition à) to refer (somebody to something)
  9. to remind (somebody of something)

Conjugation

This verb is one of a few verbs that conjugate like noyer, except in the future and conditional, where they conjugate like voir.
