  1. (idiomatic, impersonal + adessive) to have something covered or taken care of, have a handle on, have something under control (particularly some kind of problem)
    Ei hätää, meillä on homma hanskassa.

Can also be used without a 'subject', then often in the form homma on hanskassa (it's under control, it's covered, it's fine) or even just homma hanskassa.
