Inherited from Old Anatolian Turkish اُولْغُنْ (olgun), from Proto-Turkic *olgïn, a derivation from Proto-Turkic *ol-, whence also olmaa. By surface analysis, ol- +‎ -gun. Compare Turkish olgun. [1]
