(Central Vietnam) a dipping sauce originating from Huế, made from sweet soy sauce, chili powder, fish sauce, pork stock, sugar, MSG, lard, either dried onion or dried garlic, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds and pork liver; it has a mild, rich sweet, spicy flavor and is typically served with some of Huế's specialties
