[edit]An emphatic expression of anger by reduplicating the hostile usage of the second person pronoun mày, with the particle hả encliticized in between.
Tonal behavior-wise, this is reminiscent of trisyllabic reduplication of the tuốt > tuốt tuồn tuột type.
