[edit]Welcome
[edit]Hello, welcome to Wiktionary, and thank you for your contributions so far.
If you are unfamiliar with wiki-editing, take a look at Help:How to edit a page. It is a concise list of technical guidelines to the wiki format we use here: how to, for example, make text boldfaced or create hyperlinks. Feel free to practice in the sandbox. If you would like a slower introduction we have a short tutorial.
These links may help you familiarize yourself with Wiktionary:
- Entry layout (EL) is a detailed policy on Wiktionary's page formatting; all entries must conform to it. The easiest way to start off is to copy the contents of an existing same-language entry, and then adapt it to fit the entry you are creating.
- Check out Language considerations to find out more about how to edit for a particular language.
- Our Criteria for Inclusion (CFI) defines exactly which words can be added to Wiktionary; the most important part is that Wiktionary only accepts words that have been in somewhat widespread use over the course of at least a year, and citations that demonstrate usage can be asked for when there is doubt.
- If you already have some experience with editing our sister project Wikipedia, then you may find our guide for Wikipedia users useful.
- If you have any questions, bring them to Wiktionary:Information desk or ask me on my talk page.
- Whenever commenting on any discussion page, please sign your posts with four tildes (
~~~~
) which automatically produces your username and timestamp. - You are encouraged to add a BabelBox to your userpage to indicate your self-assessed knowledge of languages.
Enjoy your stay at Wiktionary! --Lo Ximiendo 04:07, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
Very minor note
[edit]Note that when using {{head|bal}}
, you don't need sc=Arab as the default is Template:bal/script, which is Arab. It does no harm to include it however, it just does nothing. Mglovesfun (talk) 12:57, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
Languages?
[edit]For the sake of informing other Wiktionarians and visitors, can you tell us what languages that you know? I appreciate it. --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 09:26, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you! :) (I wonder why the list of Hungarian and Persian words was in your user page.) --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 09:35, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
Hi, I wonder if you would be able to help with the issue I've raised at Wiktionary:Tea room#Cologne and cologne in Persian. Thanks in advance if you can! —Angr 21:37, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
Hello! Could you take a look at [[تیلا]] and see if our definitions are correct? - -sche (discuss) 22:18, 7 June 2012 (UTC)
- In Dehkhoda Persian dictionary and in Moein Persian dictionary, I only saw the first sense, not the second one.--Forudgah (talk) 16:46, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
[edit]سلام، چون در زمینهٔ لهجهها زیاد ویرایش میکنید، اگر به بحثهای تلفظ و اینا هم علاقهمندید یه الگویی هست که اگر لهجههای دیگهٔ فارسی هم بهش اضافه کنیم چیز توپی میشه. --Z 17:39, 30 December 2012 (UTC)
- با سپاس فراوان از شما. خیلی الگوی جالبی است واقعاً عالیست. واژههایی که من اضافه کردم و تلفظها بر اساس منابعی که داشتم بود و منبع برای همه لهجهها ندارم. اما سه نکته هست. یکی اینکه بهتر است کاربرد هر الگویی همراه با حفظ شدن category:fa:Dialectal باشد. دو اینکه اگر بشود کاری کرد که الگو لهجه ایران و افغانستان و تاجیکستان را همیشه نشان بدهد و لهجههای دیگر را به صورت اختیاری نشان بدهد بهتر است چون تلفظها در بسیاری از لهجهها تفاوتی ندارند. سه اینکه برخی اوقات قانون تلفظ مشخص نیست یا پیچیده هم هست حتی در مورد لهجه تهرانی واژه draxt را در نظر بگیرید enp آن اول باید مشخص باشد، حالا یا daraxt یا diraxt. بعد تبدیل æ به e را هم باید در نظر گرفت. deræxt (تهرانی) dæræxt (افغانستان و برخی نقاط ایران). به هر حال عالیست. فکر میکنم بشه بعضی لهجهها را اضافه کرد. کرمانشانی، بوشهری، شیرازی
برای شروع هم تا آنجایی که اطلاع دارم در فارسی افغانستان دقیقاً v تلفظ نمیشود حالا یا w یا ʋ. (Template:fa-pronunciation-prs).
