Editing

[edit]

Hi, please stick to editing languages you are competent enough to edit in. You're editing in a bunch of different languages, and I find it hard to believe you know all of them enough to make useful contributions without a ton of mistakes. β€” SURJECTION / T / C / L / 20:24, 28 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Reiterating this: you keep making basic mistakes like Special:Diff/82801875. Please stick to editing languages you actually speak and check your own contributions before saving them, or you may be blocked. β€” SURJECTION / T / C / L / 17:13, 30 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Unattested forms of Gothic verbs (re: πŒ°πŒ½πŒ°πŒ΅πŒΉπŒΈπŒΉπƒ)

[edit]

We don't include unattested forms for Gothic (see WT:AGOT#Unattested non-lemma forms). I've speedy-deleted it for now. β€” Mnemosientje (t Β· c) 10:02, 25 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Audio

[edit]

Don't add audio to a language that's meant for another language, like chlap. Vininn126 (talk) 14:53, 25 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Why would you do this? Polomo47 (talk) 23:32, 31 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi Polomo47,
Thanks for your message! I removed the {{rfd|pt}} template because when I checked Wiktionary:Requests for deletion/Italic, it displayed a message saying the topic couldn’t be found, which led me to believe the debate had finished. I now realize that the discussion about te amo and amo-te might still be active, especially since they were grouped together with eu te amo for deletion consideration due to their similarity.
I see now that this was a mistake, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. If it’s appropriate, I’d be happy to help restore the template or assist in any way to align with the current discussion.
Best regards, Akiaveliara (talk) 07:51, 1 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
I see. I've already restored the template, so there's nothing you need to do on that front.
About the link saying "topic not found", that is indeed troublesome, and usually I think we just format the RFD like I did. More recently, though, I've seen a different format that makes the link work correctly (by writing two different headings), and I'll probably do it like that when I next bundle RfV/RfDs. Template:sv-adj

[edit]

Hi, I removed the link sv:sv-adj you added in Template:sv-adj. If you would like to add a trans-wiki link for the Swedish template sv:Mall:sv-adj, please edit the corresponding Wikidata pages (d:Q33493559 and d:Q38073813). TongcyDai (talk) 16:56, 1 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
