Stress placement

Can someone change the code so that instead of using macron, irregular stress can be marked simply by placing ', as in {{id-pr|a'duh|audio=LL-Q9240 (ind)-Xbypass-aduh.wav}} instead of {{id-pr|adūh|audio=LL-Q9240 (ind)-Xbypass-aduh.wav}}? Besides being simpler, this is to prevent things like {{id-pr|sekṑp|audio=LL-Q9240 (ind)-Xbypass-aduh.wav}} where the expected outcome is IPA^(key): /səˈkɔp/ but instead showing an error message.
