@Vahagn Petrosyan The documentation says that հագնել takes an extra entry of հագ, but the edit box page for հագնել shows hy-conj-ել|հագն||հագ|mp=on|caus=on with two extra entries հագ հագն. Is the documentation incorrect? Hovsepig (talk) 05:13, 7 March 2021 (UTC)

imperatives

@Vahagn Petrosyan Do you have any documents confirming that plural imperative ending -եցե՛ք is now dated? I noticed that modern rules only mention -ե՛ք (for the ե conjugation), but my Soviet era grammar says that -եցե՛ք is the right way. GareginRA (talk) 17:30, 1 November 2021 (UTC)

@GareginRA: I'd also be interested in finding the right references for եց vs. եցեք. The aorist-less form seems under-reported. The Dum-Tragut grammar only reports the եցեք form. The EANC paradigms report եք as the norm and եցեք as an 'oral alternative'. @GareginRA, Hovsepig: I haven't read anything on modern Armenian since I was in high school. Everything about Eastern Armenian you see on Wiktionary is based on my Sprachgefühl as a native speaker. It's interesting that all of the exempts from grammar literature that they noted unanimously stated -եցեք as the right conjugation only saying that -եք conjugation gains popularity and shouldn't be considered wrong. Therefore, the conclusion of the authors of the book that -եցեք is actually wrong seems illogical to me. But again, I'm not an expert. GareginRA (talk) 19:11, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
