Usage

This template should be added to all entries for Old Norse class 1 weak short-stem verbs. For long-stem words, see Template:non-conj-weak1-long.

Parameters

The template uses four unnamed templates, as well as others, as described below.

1 (required) The present stem of the verb.
1s (required if applicable)
2 (required) The stem of the verb with dental suffix, forming the preterite and past participle forms.
2s (required if applicable)
3 (required if applicable) The stem with dental suffix, with i-umlaut for the past subjunctive forms. (apply if different from 2)
4 (required if applicable) The stem with dental suffix, with u-umlaut for the plural past indicative forms. (apply if different from 2)
pp For alternative forms with the dental suffix detached from the stem in the past participle (see example 2).
pponly Same as pp, but if that form is the only one.
title Used if the title of the conjugation box should be something else than the pagename.

( 1 ) For telja, 1=tel, 2=tald, 2s=talz, 3=teld and 4=tǫld.
