{{grc-adj-1&2}}
, {{grc-adj-1&3}}
, {{grc-part-1&2}}
, and {{grc-part-1&3}}
generate headword lines for Ancient Greek adjectives and participles whose feminine is in the first declension and whose masculine and neuter are in the second declension or third declension respectively. 1&2
and 1&3
are abbreviations for "first and second declension" and "first and third declension".
Module:grc-headword and Module:headword process the parameters and create the displayed text.
For example, ᾰ̓́λλος (állos) is a first-and-second-declension adjective, because its masculine form ᾰ̓́λλος (állos) and neuter form ᾰ̓́λλο (állo) are declined in the second declension, and its feminine form ᾰ̓́λλη (állē) is declined in the first declension, and βᾰρῠ́ς (barús) is a first-and-third-declension adjective because its masculine βᾰρῠ́ς (barús) and neuter βᾰρῠ́ (barú) are in the third declension, and its feminine βᾰρεῖᾰ (bareîa) is in the first declension. ἐρχόμενος (erkhómenos) is a first-and-second-declension participle and ἐλθών (elthṓn) is a first-and-third-declension participle.
Parameters
Numbered parameters
The feminine and neuter forms are required.
Two parameter signatures are possible. If the title contains vowels whose length is ambiguous – the monophthongs α, ι, υ (a, i, u) without macrons, breves, circumflexes, or iotas subscript (◌̄, ◌̆, ◌͂, ◌ͅ):
|1=

,|3=

If the headword or feminine or neuter form is given in a numbered parameter, there will be an error message if the corresponding named parameter |head=
, |f=
, or |n=
is also present. For example, {{grc-adj-1&2|ᾰ̓́λλος|ᾰ̓́λλη|ᾰ̓́λλο|head=ᾰ̓́λλος|f=ᾰ̓́λλη|n=ᾰ̓́λλο}}
is not allowed.
