Examples

[edit]

Example with the syntax followed by their respective outputs:

{{el-verb|past=έλυσα|passive=λύνομαι|p-past=λύθηκα|ppp=λυμένος}}

λύνω (lýno) (past έλυσα, passive λύνομαι, p‑past λύθηκα, ppp λυμένος)
A dash may be used to blank missing forms of pasts and passive. The existence of the ppp is more a matter of sense, so, we do not mention it when it does not exist. E.g.
λύνω (lýno) (past —, passive —, p‑past —)

{{el-verb|past=λύθηκα|ppp=λυμένος|active=λύνω|type=passive}}

λύνομαι (lýnomai) passive (past λύθηκα, ppp λυμένος, active λύνω)

{{el-verb|pres2=αγαπώ|imperfect=αγαπούσα|imperfect2=αγάπαγα|past=αγάπησα|passive=αγαπιέμαι|p-past=αγαπήθηκα|ppp=αγαπημένος}}

αγαπάω (agapáo) / αγαπώ (imperfect αγαπούσα/αγάπαγα, past αγάπησα, passive αγαπιέμαι, p‑past αγαπήθηκα, ppp αγαπημένος)

{{el-verb|past=στάθηκα|type=deponent}}

στέκομαι (stékomai) deponent (past στάθηκα)

{{el-verb|tenses=pres-imp|type=deponent}}

απεχθάνομαι (apechthánomai) deponent found only in the present and imperfect tenses

{{el-verb|passive=ζυγίζομαι|note=free text for output}} (hypothetically: only passive form is mentioned)

ζυγίζω (zygízo) (passive ζυγίζομαι) free text for output
