Examples

[edit]

Basic usage:

{{Han simp|請|f=言|t=讠}}

yields:

Simplified from ()

The character will be categorized in Category:CJKV simplified characters in the order of the parameter f, then t, f2, and t2.

Complex cases

[edit]

If multiple characters are simplified to the same one in different ways, which both require comment, please use multiple copies of {{Han simp}} as at , simplified from and .

If all but one simplification do not require comment, however, one can simply list the uncommented simplifications last, and only comment on the first.
