This might have some basis in fact, as it's mentioned here:

2002, Fredrik Lindström, Jordens smartaste ord, Albert Bonniers Forlag, →ISBN, page 188:

Men även göken kan förekomma i de här sammanhangen; det finns exempel från svenska dialekter där ord för gök även har betydelsen 'penis' (notera även ordet göka, 'ha samlag', som jag återkommer till).
