Cited with one cite (since it's not Standard Written Chinese). The commentary to the passage defines it as such:

蒟，蒟醬也。緣樹而生，其子如桑椹，熟時正青，長二三寸，以蜜藏而食之，辛香，溫調五臟。蒻，草也，其根名蒻，頭大者如斗，其肌正白，可以灰汁，煮則凝成，可以苦酒淹食之。蜀人珍焉。
