@Kutchkutch I haven't seen them being expressed like that in Urdu, and I've never seen the latter being used as an alternative for this.

@Kutchkutch: Yep, it's a more Persianised form, and more formal. In Urdu, it's mainly just Zameen aur Aasmaan. I've heard Zameen O Aasmaan being used but mainly in Religious/formal contexts. The و, however, is a common formal synonym for 'اور'.

Zameen Aasmaan is definetly an alternative form for this, I hadn't thought about that one.
