@Fay Freak, can you check in Syriac Geoponica in chapter ζ 20 titled "On fleas" if the following Armenian passage has an exact equivalent allowing us to identify the plant: "If someone takes the ճապուռ (čapuṙ) and crushes it and pours hot water on it and sprinkles in the house, the flea dies." The Armenian Geoponica was translated from Arabic, so there is no guarantee there is an equivalent in Syriac. --Vahag (talk) 16:24, 21 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

I don’t understand the structure of the edition right now, and even in his exposition of his text Lagarde, Paul de (1866) Gesammelte Abhandlungen (in German), Leipzig: F. A. Brockhaus, page 128 there are different topics treated. de pulicibus is according to the same page VII. 20. ιγ 15, 5 1, but I still don’t understand it and don’t find the fleas there.
