What is the difference between these? If there is none, they should be merged. -- Liliana 20:45, 2 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Added another one. -- Liliana 18:23, 30 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
I've started merging the first two. - -sche (discuss) 18:23, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
...and I've stopped, because it makes more sense for a bot to do it, now that I've seen how many entries are affected. - -sche (discuss) 18:27, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
You said you needed more work? I found a fifth category which kind of overlaps with the other four as well. -- Liliana 20:23, 23 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
...and a sixth one as well. Oh boy! -- Liliana 20:24, 23 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
I've deleted the last four categories, moving ~100 entries and modifying a couple of templates. - -sche (discuss) 20:54, 23 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Vietnamese nouns/verbs/adjectives/etc. in Han script

[edit]

Could we create a group of categories that is similar to the category for Korean nouns in Han script, Category:Korean nouns in Han script? --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 23:31, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

The vi-* templates are ready. --Octahedron80 (talk) 13:24, 23 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Category:Vietnamese Nom VS Category:Vietnamese Han tu

[edit]

What is the different between Vietnamese Nom & Vietnamese Han tu? And what the advantage of vi-hantu since it does not provide any POS? (I want to drop use of vi-hantu.) --Octahedron80 (talk) 13:27, 23 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Octahedron80: AFAICT, Nom seems to refer to the characters invented for Vietnamese, while Han tu refers to all Chinese characters. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 21:01, 23 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
