Telugu loanwords from Sanskrit formed with the addition of an affix to conform the term to the normal morphology of Telugu.

To categorize a term into this category, use {{af|te|type=adap|sa:source_term|-affix}} (or {{af|te|type=abor|...}}, using the same syntax), where source_term is the Sanskrit term that the term in question was borrowed from and affix is the Telugu affix used to adapt the Sanskrit term. An example is Polish adresować (to address), which would use {{af|pl|type=adap|fr:adresser|-ować}} to indicate that is was formed from French adresser with the addition of the Polish verb-forming affix -ować.
