    1. In the regular and hidden-n declensions after a stem ending in a long vowel or diphthong.
      шагай (šagaj, ankle) + ‎-гаар (-gaar) → ‎шагайгаар (šagajgaar, with the ankle)
    2. In the hidden-g declension.
      дуран (duran, telescope) + ‎-гаар (-gaar) → ‎дурангаар (durangaar, by telescope)
