Etymology
[edit]Named after a leader of Yim Liu Ha Village in Sha Tau Kok, Hong Kong in 1960s called 李愛 / 李爱 (lei5 oi3), which is near-homophonous to 你愛 / 你爱 (nei5 oi3, “you take it”). The name was mistaken as his daughter's since it sounds feminine.
