   対米(たいべい)外国(がいこく)投資(とうし)委員会(いいんかい)（CFIUS(シーフィアス)）とは、外国(がいこく)投資(とうし)による米国(べいこく)経済(けいざい)における国家(こっか)安全(あんぜん)保障(ほしょう)への影響(えいきょう)を審査(しんさ)する米国(べいこく)連邦(れんぽう)政府(せいふ)の省庁(しょうちょう)間(かん)委員会(いいんかい)で、財務(ざいむ)長官(ちょうかん)が率(ひき)いています。

   Taibeigaikokutōshīinkai (shīfiasu) toha, gaikokutōshi niyoru beikokukeizai niokeru kokkānzenhoshō heno eikyō o shinsa suru beikokurenpōseifu no shōchōkan'īnkai de, zaimuchōkan ga hikīteimasu.

   The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) is an inter-agency committee of the U.S. federal government, led by the Secretary of the Treasury, that reviews the national security implications of foreign investments in the U.S. economy.
