(Shinto, Japanese mythology, agriculture) one of the eight agricultural offenses that is said to have been committed in the 高天原 (Takamagahara, Plain of High Heaven), notably by the unruly god 素戔嗚 (Susanoo), namely 畔放 (ahanachi, breaking down ridges), 溝埋 (mizoume, covering ditches), 樋放 (hihanachi, releasing irrigation sluices), 重播 (shikimaki, double planting), 串刺 (kushisashi, setting up stakes), 生剥 (ikehagi, skinning alive), 逆剥 (sakahagi, skinning backward) and 糞戸 (kusohe, defecation)
