[edit]Etymology
[edit]Unexplained. Strömberg starts from an unattested verb *ἐγγραυλίζω (*engraulízō), beside γρυλίζω (grulízō, “to grumble”); thus this word would mean "the grumbling one". However, the variation αυ/υ is not convincing.[1]
