[edit]No certain cognates outside of Indo-Iranian. Compare Avestan 𐬯𐬌𐬌𐬀𐬰𐬛𐬀𐬝 (siiazdat̰, “should move away”). Possibly inherited from Proto-Indo-European *ḱeys- (“to leave behind”).
