Etymology
[edit]Inherited from Proto-Turkic *tokuŕ *ōn (“ninety”), equivalent to тӑххӑр (tăhhăr, “nine”) + вуннӑ (vunnă, “ten”).[1]
Cognate with Turkish doksan, Uzbek toʻqson and Bashkir туҡһан (tuqhan).
