     U jednom kutu visila je jednostavna bezuresna ikona, pred kojom je gorelo malo kandilo.

     In one corner hung a plain undecorated icon, before which burned a small vigil lamp.

   • 1898, Laza K. Lazarević, Pripovetke, I-II, published 1899:
